Return Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
Due to safety and sanitary standards for empty capsule shells, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Return, Exchange, Replace, & Damage Issues:
Any package lost or damaged during transit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Packages are tracked using carrier delivery confirmation. Packages documented by USPS or other accepted carriers as delivered are considered successfully delivered. If an item arrives damaged, please retain the original box and contents. Digital proof of damage may be required to process a replacement or refund.
Return Process:
1. Email capsuleusa.miami@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping address.
2. Package the item securely and ship it to the designated return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
